KYC Executive – Depository Participant (DP) Department (Contractual)

CSE Capital Markets Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE), invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for contractual engagement in its Depository Participant (DP) Department, Kolkata.

As part of strengthening its depository and regulatory operations, the Company seeks committed professionals with hands-on experience in KYC, CKYC, and regulatory compliance functions within the capital markets and financial services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and verification of KYC documentation in accordance with SEBI, NSDL, and CDSL guidelines
  • Handling KRA (KYC Registration Agency) and CKYC (Central KYC Registry) operations
  • Uploading, validating, and updating client data in KRA/CKYC systems
  • Managing client onboarding and demat account opening processes
  • Ensuring adherence to AML, PMLA, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Maintenance of DP records, registers, and statutory documentation
  • Supporting day-to-day DP operational activities
  • Handling client queries relating to KYC and depository services

Essential Requirements

  • Practical working knowledge of KRA and CKYC systems
  • Hands-on experience in independent handling of KYC/CKYC processing
  • Working knowledge of Depository Participant (DP) operations
  • Familiarity with SEBI regulations and the depository compliance framework

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should possess any of the following:

  • Any professional degree like ACMA,ACS,ACA,LLB,MBA
  • Graduate degree with relevant experience in capital market operations and DP functions

Age Criteria

  • Above 25 years

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
    1. Depository Participant operations
    2. Stock Exchanges
    3. BFSI sector
    4. NBFCs
    5. Broking houses

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • High standards of regulatory compliance and procedural accuracy
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities
  • Sound understanding of capital market and depository operations

Compensation

Remuneration will be negotiable and shall not be a constraint for deserving and suitable candidates.
